HI,
I got my H1B stamped from company A last year and i did't got a chnace to use that visa and left that company and joined in company B ,My current employer applied for my L1 blanket with specalised knowledge worker.I heared from some of my friends about L1B rejection.Is there anything i can do from my side to ensure i will get my visa done.Should i or my company need to cancel my exsisting H1 visa and what kind of questions i can expect from the consulate.
