Hi,

I\'m a H1b visa holder recently got married. My wife came here in H1b visa.
Her employer is now closing his business so there is a possibility that her visa might get cancelled. My question is, if no other company is ready to sponsor her H1b what will be her status ? Will it become h4 automatically or we have to do something for that.

Your wife need to apply for H4. It won\'t become automatically. Contact your compant lawyer on applying this or she can go out and apply and come back on h4.
