I was on H1,Now on H4 .I have got job offer, can I be on h1 again without being subjected to quota limit?

Does anyone has been able to get H1 from h4 again withour being subject to H1B cap as you had H1b earlier.

Neeta,

I have the same problem. Working with company A, want to quit and take a break. I want to start working again january next year. Will I have to wait fo rthe new quota to start or will not be counted against the quota?
Please help.
