Hi,
My employer applied for a Labor certification for me in the year of 2004. It is not yet approved.
But in the month of May 2007 my same employer filed a I-140 with Preapproved labor having 2001 priyority date.
Since I am already in the 7th year extension,and my current H1B expires on October 2007 I need to file for 8th year extension.
After I recevied my I-140 receipt number, My old labor status become withdrawn. So my question is Will I get the H1B extension since I have applied for I-140?
