H1 B1 Expaired

Hi
I came to US in aug 2001.My visa expaired on oct 2001 but I have valid I 94 till 2003 march.I got my visa stamped to 2006 at Madras consulate..
What is my status?.How can I approach?

If Madras consulate stamped your Visa "to 2006" how did the visa expired in Oct 2001?
What H1 or other status is the I94 (expiring March 2003) based on?
Whom do you want to approach?
 
H1 B1 Visa Expaired

My H1 pitition(I 129 i think) expaired...

I dont know at Madras they stamped upto 2006

When I entered US at port of entry they gave I 94 to 2003 March
 
Talk to your employer

or a friend who knows what happened in your case. I129 is an application form. Know your facts before requesting for help.

That is not application form I mean i dont know exactly the number ..That H1 papers..H1 pitition..The papers I received.

My H1-B visa got expired on 2001 Feb. What is the better way to get stamp in my passport? Is it good to go to India an get stamp?
or go for border post?
