Hi friends
My employer applied for my H1 and has received my H1 approval starting oct 1 '07.However my status has changed from beign an intern on cpt to OPT
( i had applied for my opt and did not receive my opt card at the time of applying for H1). The OPT is valid untill april '08. I have recd my H1 however their is no I94 at the bottom as it is in case of srudents applying based on their MS degree. Can anybody tell me what r my options? Can i continue to stay and work in us w/o going for stamping? If stamping is necessary then can i goto Canada/Mexico or I have to goto India which is my home country ?
Any help in this matter would be appreciated
