Hello Gurus
Is it legal for a H1 visa holder to go for Online Masters degree? Also if there is a requirement for Masters degree for LC (as per New paper Ad), will Online Master Degree can be considered for the same?

A2: Maybe. You must meet all the qualifications as stated in the LC both when you join the sponsoring employer (in most cases) and when the LC is filed (in all cases). The onling degree would also need to be accepted by INS as equivalent and there is no way to tell from your post how likely that would be.
