1) My current company(A) says that I am working on EAD(even though I
insisted that I don't want to use my EAD), since I filled I-9 form
(which I didn't know at that time that if I fill that I will be
using my EAD). My I-140 has approved in 2004, priority date is June
2nd, 2003. And my I-485 receipt date is June 24,2004. So legally I
can change employer provided I should apply AC21(change of employer
notification). So now is this valid if company B is going to file my
H1B for transfer+extension(at the same time) incase I am working on
EAD(still I doubt that I am using my EAD) or it doesn't matter if I
change the employer?
2) What is the H1B premium process fee together when I file for
transfer and extension? When I checked online they specified the fee
seperately for extension and transfer. In my case since it is
together what is will be the lumpsum fee?
3) What is the time frame for H1B premium process. How soon I can
get my new H1?
4) My EAD expires on 05/09/06, so am I too late to apply for my EAD.
I am planning on applying for renewal on 04/03/06. Since last time
when I renewed two months before I got it within 20 days. If I apply
now, am I too late or EAD renewal from vermont center is fast/slow?
5) Applying online for EAD renewal is fast or applying by mail is
fast? I wanted to apply my myself, Is this safe?
