Is there any issue for changing H-4 to F-1 ?
I have filed my GC in 2007 and in my aproved EB-3, Perm & I-140 my wife and son both's name are there. I am waiting for priority date to current, so we can file I-485.
My son is getting BS in May2011 but turning to 21 in Aug 2011. He also got an admission for his master.
Do you think there will be any issue in changing his status to F-1 ? Initially we thought we will file by ourselves but it looks there might be a problem. Please advise.
Can you give us name and contacts of one reasonable good lawyer for changing him to F-1 ? We are in NY/NJ state area.
