I applied for H-1b for residency in newyork state on 17 febraury. The USCIS has asked for additional information regarding my medical license in Newyork state. As per the Newyork state requirements the residents do not require license and are also not eligible for license. How should I document this? Any response is appreciated.

You need a letter from your program director to that effect(that a NY license is not needed cos you are in a residency program and will be supervised by a licensed attending)
