Greencard processing for husband

-How soon can one file for citizenship after one gets a greencard ?
-How long does it take to get the citizenship once filed ?
-Once one gets the citizenship, how long does it take to process the gree card for the spouse ?

What do you mean "was renewing the green card every year"? A green card is valid for 10 years. How can she have a green card for several years and also live outside US until May 2003?
Better check with the fiancee again to get all facts straight.

If she has a genuine green card she can file for citizenship 5 years after she got her green card subject to at least 2½ years of continuous residence in US and no stay outside US for more than 6 months in one stretch.
