I am H1B visa holder and filed for my gc under employment.
I recently filed for my AOS, EAD and Advanced Parole.
and also filed the same for my wife as dependent. ( She holds an H4 visa currently )
But now I am having problems in my marriage, and we plan to file for divorce.
