By now most of us know our labor case status. But we dont know, how many of us are in what status.

I have created a poll to know counts of the folks in each status.

Yesterday evening my status shows DENIED.
And I tried it again at night it shows CERTIFIED
and again today it is showing DENIED

BUT it is already APPROVED and I have my labor certificate.
Just wanted to tell u how reliable this site is.

Hi. Sorry, I can't get this link to work. It shows up with the periods in. I can't get it to show the missing part of the URL. Could you please post it again? Maybe it's too long to display in full here. Even if you posted the URL in 2 parts, I could cut and paste into a browser. Or is there some secret to getting a URL with elipses for missing characters to display? Thanks!

The online status check shows CLOSED :( :confused:
I sent_email+called my attorney to find more about it.

Attorney tells that the paper work on his part is complete and he will follow up soon.

Any susggestion? Should I call the 202 number?

Status check - DOL website slow..

I think the whole DOL website is experiencing problems right now. So the problem with the status check may be related to that.

When I checked my status, yesterday, it was "data review". Today it changed to "In Process"

The flow is DataReview -> InProcess -> Cretified (so on)
 
Most of the cases are 'In Process'

I am getting a feeling that they have put most of he cases in 'in process' status. I fear our files may be 'in process' for another year.

It seems somebody gave a link to the DOL website from www.permlc.com ... That is good..it is easy to remember rather typing long DOL's url

permlc is not the official site, I am guessing this guy is just doing a screen scraper of DOL, he just embeds DOL site into his site.
It is still risky to post ur case numbers on his site (permlc), since this is not official, he might be able to trap your case numbers.
Just means more traffic for him and somehow that translates into $?
By now the DOL link is posted at so many places and I have already bookmarked it, so not much value to this site.
