Hello folks i just wanted to let you guys know that i recieved my 3 year TN today and it was easy as a pie.

Just something different to add. The first thing the officer asked was weather i had a degree or not, when i said i did he took the letter and checked the degrees and then returned them back to me

This officer was super nice he really made me feel as ease, well to be honest i always have a good experience.

Now i have 2 TNS one that expires in one week and one for 3 years, should i hand the old one out to the POE officer while crossing the border?
Or should i not worry about it?

Can i just mail it back, i still will be with the old company for another 2-3 days.

Thanks for everyone who helped me at this board which of course is Nelson.

Nelson without you i would have been lost.

Thanks for all your help.

Thanks

Sorry did i mention the TNs are from 2 different companies?

So i can just keep the old one for my records without turning it in?

Thanks
G

While coming back from a different POE the officer suggested that i have to surrender my I94 (old one)
he gave me the following address

DHS-CBP SBU
1084 South Laurel Rd
London KY 40744

Question is in order to return the I-94 should i just place the I-94 in the envelope or do i add anything else like copy of the new I-94 or passport copy?
Do i have to fill out any forms?

Thanks
