I went to the USA on TN status in April 2023 and came back to Canada. Now, I have received another offer from the USA and I am planning to move to the USA again in a couple of months.
There are a few questions:
1) Will I face any issues when I apply for new TN status at the Airport? When I came back to Canada then I did not tell anything Visa Officer that I was not coming back again.
2) I need to know if my wife can work from home in the US for a Canadian company. How many days can she work remotely in the US for a Canadian company?
