My Labor was filed from Virginia in 2002 August from employer “ABC" under EB2.
I changed my Job and transferred the H1 and filed LC again with "XYZ" employer in April 2003 from Connecticut with under EB3.
My H1 Status expired in December 2004 and currently I am under 7th year extension filed by XYZ.
Both LC are in regional level.
God forbid.. If I loose job at XYZ employer, Can I go back to employer "ABC" and file for I-140/485.
Appreciate your advices.
