My COS from H4 to F1 has been approved with 05/19/2015 as start date and I received I-797 document which states that it is valid from 04/19/2015. I am doing second sem and took 3 subjects for this sem. My problem is that my H4 expires on 03/11/2015. Is my stay legal in US between the period 03/11/2015 and 04/19/2015, if it is not please suggest me what needs to be done.
