Yes, the IIO said that the case has been actually approved on 02/15 and the Notice was "ordered". The fact is, it had never been actually mailed until my employer called them on 04/11 (this is when I found out that I had been waisting months waiting for an Approval Notice in vain).
The AVM was updated on 04/11 after that phone call.
So, the lesson is beware of the AVM! If your case takes longer than it should have your lawyer, etc. speak to an IIO.
