Gurus I need your suggestion here. My attorney is preparing to file 485 very soon. I requested her to expedite the process and file before 15th June, as my daughter is turning 14. Is it a good idea to delay and file her case as an adult? USCIS consider the age as on date of filing? Will she has to go thru biometrics once USCIS determines that she is no more under 14?
Found out wife has become illegal. I'm I-485 waiting status.
