My uncle had applied for my dad in 1992. Now he has got the form I864 from the NVC. We are trying to figure out all the details. We have the following questions
1. Is this true that the eligible children include only those below 21 years of age and unmarried?
2. Does my uncle need to file one form for each one of the beneficiaries, that is, for my dad, my mom and myself, my brother and my sister? In other words, in one copy of the form, in Part 3, it should say my dad's name, in another it should say my mom's name and so on. There is a table to specify all the other beneficieries after specifying the name of beneficiary for which the form is being filled out. So it will be one form with my dad's name followed by the names of the rest of us, and then the other form with my mom's name followed by the rest of us, and so on.
A prompt response would be appreciated.
