My friend will endorse her parents the minute she will become a citizen and I was wondering if anyone has experience with this and what the time line was and if there was an advise that can be given even though it seems to be a simple filing for a direct family member.
She got the green card due to winning the lottery and was already on a valid visa in the USA for 10 years prior to winning. If her parents who entered the lottery would have won the entire family would have gotten the green card but when a minor wins nobody else will be able to get one unless they are married but she was 20 when she won.
