Filing I-485 with Pending I-140..

According to new rule one can file I-485 before I-140 approval. But, My I-140 pending at TSC and I moved to new place with comes under VSC, could you please advice me that where I need to send My my I-485?

and any idea how the AC 21 ( 180 days ) rule going to effect if I file I-485?

IMPORTANT! - Concurrent filing

Good question. I am myself looking for the answer. My case is a little different, though. I have to apply for both I-140 and I-485, but I was going to do that at two different centers. I-140 going to Texas while I-485 going to Nebraska. But am confused right now, if I can apply for I-485 at Texas while living and working in Ohio. Did you find an answer to your original question?
