Hello, I would like to know where did you and rest of people are getting this estimated time. LIFE Act do not specifed for USIC obligation to determine the case at particular numbers of days like 1447(b)
I believe everyone is guesing using rule of thumb, but there are got be a law stating this, giving USIC a dealing to complete particular pettion. Please if you find let all of us know, but ppl do not guess. it give false hope and pp start panic when 7 month goes by with no result from USIC
