I live in US with my mom for 12 years now. We are citizens. We are trying to get my uncle and his family to the United States but have no idea where to start. What forms and other documents do we need to get it done? Thanks.

Your Mom can sponsor her brother, but you should look into the timeline as the waiting period after submission of the forms is a long tome - over 10 years.
