Family Permanent resident

I'm working inside a company here in Canada and i have a work permit that going last for 1 year.

My mom lives in Canada and she is at the end of permanent resident process .

My question is : if i will automatically get permanent resident because of her ?

Well, same question here too. I too think it to be a very important question because my maternal cousin also stays at Canada.
