I applied for my brother greencard as Family based category, I am US citizen. He is from small town in India and probably moved and did not inform consulate his new address. His priority date was current a few years back and I also did not follow up as he was interested so much to come that time. Now seems, he has some interest to come here along with his daughter who is 25. She was eligible when we filed petition and when it was approved and became current as I remember. Who do we contact if we want to have interview set now. Can this be done or his case is closed? Will his daughter be allowed to come along with him? This effort will be useful only if his daughter is allowed green card rights.
