I am a greencard holder and my fiancee is on F-1. If I were to sponsor her for a greencard, would she have to wait until the family-based visa becomes current? Also, if she can apply for change of status without any waiting period, can she recieve EAD and parole?

Hi! If you do find out, could you please post it here.

An addition to this would be that can she even stay in the US after her studies are over.

And is there a problem if she got married before she got F1 or after.
