F1 Student Hired by consultant will work for Big IT Company is it legal?
hi,
I am about to start my CPT , I am a second year graduate student pursuing MS in computer science. I have a doubt that whether this thing is legal or not?
I am selected by Big IT Company through an Indian consulting company. So internship offer would be made by Indian company, So I will be on this(indian) company payroll but will be working at client's office .. is it legal?
will by an chance will affect my F1 status or will this break any rules here?
