F1(OPT) to change H4?

My husband got his I140 approved in early Feb and we all did our 485
Fingerpint in Jun 2005. His visais H1b and I'm using OPT now (OPT will be
expire in Dec). I wonder whether I need change my visa to H4 if our I485
would not approved by Oct 1,2005? Many thanks for your help
 
Hey -- don't know if you've posted this in the 485 forum as well. There should be more people with better knowledge of the ins and outs of 485 processing over there. I don't know much --- however, I think, if you have your EAD already, then it shouldn't be an issue. Don't trust my opinion thougH!
