Yes. More than 280 days after my PD, I got a letter for an interview this coming May (I sent you a private message). Congratulations on your letter too!! It's been such a long wait.
 
Am I right in understanding that in Boston

......... it now takes 7 months from start to finish to get citizenship?

file for a person. Is it a normal procedure to combine the files -- that is to
consult the full record -- before making any decision?

N400 and name check ?

Hi,

just mailed my N-400 to VSC today along with 2 photos/check and copy of GC.

I read the master thread about namecheck and i am not sure if name check and FOIPA should be filed only when you have problems.. or is it something
everyone can do - and it might speed up the process ?
I believe, it said FOIPA can be filed by everyone.
I want to speed up things as much as possible.. as my company is thinking
of relocating me to India to start an offshore group.. and i want to get my USC before that.. but they don't care about my USC.. so they won't write a letter to expediate my case.

so any advice to speed up my process would be appreciated.
