I am running out of 6 yr limit on H1-B and I am just applying for I140. I have read a few threads on this site but I get the feeling there are exceptions that could be drawn. I would apprecieate the advice
many people have been approved for this. so don\'t worry.
the delay in approval was \'cause the cases were on hold.
now that the rules & guidelines are out, I guess it takes
reasonable time...
