Experts pls Help!!! How to get LC Info.?

Hi, everyone
I\'m new here. I got a headche problem. My LC is applied and approved back to 1999, How can I get my LC info?
Is it possible I can get a copy of my LC from local office of DOL. I only know the priority date and a case number like:1999-34XX
Appreciate for any input.
