EU Visas Running out - processing on hold

The last dude in CEAC received his visa and I think it is a good sign

Having said that, if I will be told that

I have to wait for visa allocation and it might not happen then...well I guess I will end up in Guantanamo Cause you can expect me to do this: (just replace the word car with visa )
