Entered in USA on I130 conditional visa just 4 week ago my marriage life is not going well
but happen if i got divorced
is my visa would be cancelled
or
i will apply for GC
 
Your marriage is falling apart within 4 weeks of moving to the US and your main concern is your GC status?
Regardless, you will need to file an I-751 as soon as the divorce is finalised.
