Employer\'s role after fetching EAD

I need to know that is there anyway an employer can withdraw or hamper the GC appliction after fetching EAD and 6 months past 485 filing? I know for sure that EAD does gives the monility to change the job without sponsorship. But how the employer can control the process? Can he withdraw the GC application at anytime even after this?
