Email contact with DOL/ETA

I've been reading this forum and many people mentioned sending emails to the DOL/ETA -- can someone post those email addresses? Or where to get them from?

I thought it would be useful to summarize that information here . Because I also had to request this even though I know somebody had already requested.

Anyways ,Please include as much information as you can about your case like:

Case No
Employer
Alien Name
Stated Filed From
Priority Date (Filed date)
45 Days Letter Date (Received and Replied)


The email address to PBEC is: Info@PHI.DFLC.US
The email address to DBEC is :info@DAL.DFLC.US

Yes, they do answer them, but its hard to predict the response time, and also the usefulness of the responses. I sent an email to info@pbec inquiring about my case status. I got a response today which is pretty much the same screenshot I got for the H1B 7th year extension. It has an additional case status field, but for my case this field also says TR (i thought that was processing type).

Here is the response from DBEC for status inquiry

I requested status for my case on 3/27 and I got a reply today(3/30) from Dallas BEC.

The reply is:

"Aliens seeking status must contact their employer (human resource dept.) or attorney to obtain information".

Which is not useful at all. PBEC atleast sends the Screen-shot then why not DBEC.
