My employer is ready to process my employment based green card. However, our immigration expert is recommending to wait for economic situation to improve. His concern is with current economic downturn the labor certification may get rejected. Has anybody heard any cases where labor certifications are getting rejected?

If the Labor certification gets rejected then does USCIS cancels my current H1B?
