My husband is the principal application on an asylum case which was referred to the BIA.We have appealed and going to present à brief.I am à dépendant on this case.I am about to complete my nursing degree and looking to file for EB2 ,will the case at the BIA have any impact on me applying as a skilled worker.Are there any chances?
