Please see the signature below for my situation, I am changing jobs in 7th year and need to restart my GC process.
Previous PERM application had BS+6 as primary requirement and MS+0 as alternate and was stuck in audit for a loooong time. This time the lawyer is planning to apply with MS+0 as the primary requirement, saying that its much easier to get an approval that way.
My questions:
- Should BS+5 be still listed as alternate? Any keywords like "progressive" work experience that are must to use?
- Is it ok to get EB2 I140 approved with just MS+0? Should we answer "no" on the question which asks if alternate combination of education & experience is ok? I heard about NSC issues with saying "yes" to this question.
- Any other gotchas that you have experienced?
