Hi
my company has agreed to file my GC in EB1 - c. According to the critrea, the person must be in managerial capacity for atleast 1 year outside US and continue to play the role in the same company.
I do qualify it. However I have one question.
I was in US in L1B from Sept 2005 to Nov 1st 2008 (stamped in mumbai on Nov 3rd 2008)
Then I came back in US on L1A on Nov 2 2009.
It is one year but it is near the edge. Do you think there will be any issue.
