Hello,
I am hoping someone provides me some advice on my current situation.
I have a 4 year bach degree, CPA and 4 yrs work experience. I am considering switching jobs to seek EB-2 as I belong to the ROW category and it is current for EB2. I am in the 5th year of my H-1B and i have pd of 6/30/2011. I am current awaiting DOL approval for LC. Here are my questions:
1. Will I qualify for eb2 at any chance?
2. Does it make sense for me to switch out companies at this time? Or when is the best time for me to switch out?
3. If I switch now, will my new employer be able to file H-1B extensions?
Please provide me good advice so i know what decision to make. I would appreciate you input.
