EAD Expired 10 days ago, Not Renewed, Help me

Hi Guys,

My EAD Expired 10 days ago, not renewed yet!
I am sick from the last 4 months, even i didn't notice it.
What should i do now. Any sujjestions please.

If you are using H visa, you don't have to worry at all, you do not even need valid unexpired EAD as many think they do need EAD with valid visa
If you are working with EAD with no visa, you should stop working till you renew the EAD otherwise you will be violating immigration law by working without authorization.
If you are not working and even do not have visa but just pending I485, again no problem you are fine, the pending status of I485 is enough to put you in legal situation
if you have other condition other than that let us know and we may help.

How can i renew it, when it's already expired.
Is there any time limit? Please advice me.
 
Forgot to tell you, i am not on H visa, it's expired a year ago. Now i am on EAD.
I do know status is okay because I-485 filed. My only concern is how to renew EAD?
 
As far as i know, There is no time limit. you can renew it now. my EAD also get expired three weeks ago and my attorney just send my application last week. so its not a problem you can apply whenevery you want.
so just go and apply the EAD. you will get it three four month deponding on the processing time.
secondly, i am not working on EAD . i still on H1. if you are working on EAD and your EAD expired then you have to stop working rightaway and wait for EAD card to get renewed.

Remember that if you keep working after your EAD expires you will get into serious trouble with USCIS.
 
My Husband has both, a valid H-1 & EAD which is renewed recently.
But he works on H, to be safe side. My H is not renewed.
My EAD not renewed. It's a misatke happened at my employer's office,
when they renewed our EAD's. We didn't notice it even.
Any way i am not working from the last 6 months.

My H has expired mid of last year. Just i am little nervous about this EAD.
I spoke to my Husband and friends last night about this.
I am a bit away from knowing what's going on in the field for a while
because of my newly born baby. You know it's hard to manage all the things.
Every one said it's okay. No problem in renewing EAD.
I won't be working for 6 more months, I need to take care of my baby.

"Is my H can be renewed or filed again as i am a dependant".

---------------------If your H1 or H4 based I-94 is expired then you can file H1 or H4 extension in US. If your spouse is on H1 status and you go out of US then you can get H4 visa stamp and can enter on H4 status.

If you are not working 6 months ago or whatever, then you do not even need to have EAD, you do not even need this handicaped H4 because it will not do anygood for you and you are just fine with the pending I-485. You can renew your EAD any time after expiration, there is not time limit because it is not a must requirement to start with.
