I am really confused..My husband applied for his n my I-485 / I-131 / I -765 in July 2003. And its December now and I havent heard anything yet. The only reply i got was a few days back and that said my I765 and I131 is under review. Which they have been saying since 3 months. In the letter it said it will take another 60-90 days
My case is filled in the Vermont office but i live in Wisconsin because his company is on the East Coast. Can anyone tell me what is taking them so long that its 6 months now .. I was wondering are they waiting for his I140 to clear which he applied in July 2002 and it hasnt been approved as yet. All this is just getting to me now.. Any advice would be really appreciated.
