E-2 Visa Renewal - which documents do I need to file?

Hi all,

I've been extending my family's E-2 Visa status through the lawyer, but he suddenly raised the price unreasonably, so I'm considering about filing it by myself.

So far, I've found out that I need to file these documents:

- I-129
- I-129E
- I-539
- copy of I-94
- copy of I-797 or copy of passport
- Copy of my personal and U.S. business income tax returns for the past two years, including payroll tax returns

Is there anything missing? Also, I-129 is for myself and I-539 is for rest of my family (wife and 2 kids who are less than 21 years old), right?

Thank you for the link, Anderson! Do you (or does anyone) know how it helps applying for the renewal?
Does it explain all the questions in each part in detail?

For example, does it explain which option to choose for a question like I-129 part II, question #2 (basis for classification)?
Those were the ones that I got confused from, so I need a help with them.

Please let me know ASAP if anyone has used the package before.
