So, to extend the status of myself and the family, I need to fill out I-129 for myself and I-539 for rest of the family members, right? Do I need to fill out I-129E as well or anything else?
Also, I had question about the second question in part 2 for I-129.
I'm the owner of a drycleaners, and have 3 new employees (different than the last year). And I'm not sure which option I need to choose..
The options are:
a. New employment (including new employer filing H-1B extension).
b. Continuation of previously approved employment without change with the
same employer.
c. Change in previously approved employment.
d. New concurrent employment.
e. Change of employer.
f. Amended petition.
