I just wanted to ask for some help and prediction based on my case and submission date if possible.
when do you guess I will be scheduled an interview slot?

DS260 submitted :June 4 , 2014
Interview Loc. :Ankara
2nd NL: Not heard any thing.
Have contacted KCC and they said it will be started from Jan2015.

Your DS260 is probably processed, but you have not had your 2NL because your number is not current. Once it goes current you will get your 2NL (probably noth this month - but more likely in the February or March batches (April or May interviews)

Sure!

Of course you have a chance, but since you are from Iran, you may get put on Administrative Process which can delay getting the visa, sometimes until the visas or time runs out. I would prepare myself for the possibility of getting the visa, but don't do anything rash like resigning you job, or selling your house just in case.
