I am in a bad complicated situation. I was selected for DV-2005. The situation is two years ago I came to the US. That was my second visit but the entry was not granted and I was deported under presumption I came on working purposes. Visa (B1) was cancelled and the entry to the US was suspended for five years.
Can anyone tell me how about the green card? Whats gonna hapening in the US consulate? Am I eligible to get papers for the green card?
