DV loterry 2014 selectee, applying for visitor visa

i was selected for further processing with case number AS201416xxx but due to high case number, i gave up hope since long time ago. now instead i am applying for a visitors visa with my family in september., is there any chances that for getting a B1/B2 visa. (of course my intentions was to immigrate b4 but now i am studying and willing to return)

Yes there is a chance, how good it is depends on how well you can demonstrate ties to your home country/reasons to go back.
