DV 2019 - new enrollment date Oct 18 - Nov 22 !!!

Aargh, I just realized that i mistyped (=simply remembered it wrong) my sons birthday (typed January 6th instead of 5th).
 
quick question.
can someone apply for dv lottery independently if the age and education qualify him, even though the father has already apply and included his name and picture
as his child. or he will be disqualify

Yes you can.
There is no age qualification by the way.
