Duplication of I-94 Numbers

Hi,

My spouse is on H4. The airlines seemed to have had the same I-94 number printed on all the I-94 forms which they distributed in the Air Plane. Recently, when I tried to get an ID for my Spouse at a DMV in california, they told me that my spouse\'s I-94 number belonged to someone else. Please let me know on how this can be corrected. Ironically, I too had the same I-94 number.

Go to local INS

or the nearest Sub or District office (if the local office guys are gruffy) and fix it. You can also visit the immigration people at the nearest POE and fix this.
While you are at it, fix both I94.
